Warming Centers and Facilities


WINTER SHELTER STATUS: ACTIVE (Saturday, January 16th, 2021 at 4 pm through Sunday, February 14th, 2021 at 9 am.)

**All city funded shelters and recreation sites will be sheltering in place beginning Thursday, February 11th -Monday, February 15th, 2021 at 9 am.**

Please be reminded to contact our Coordinated Entry line at 443-984-9540 to request shelter referrals between 9:30 am-9:00 pm. All after hour shelter referral requests should be directed to the shelter providers listed below.

During the 2020-2021 winter season, October 15, 2020, through April 1, 2021, the Mayor’s Office of Homeless Services (MOHS) will provide emergency shelter to all people experiencing homelessness on nights when the temperature with wind chill reaches freezing (32 degrees and below). 

Individuals experiencing unsheltered homelessness can access the following locations and transportation:
